APS Selection Helper ("we") collects and uses only the information necessary to provide the service: creating drafts, generating selection criteria responses, and processing payments.

Information we collect and use

When you use the service we may store: job ad text, selection criteria, experience text, and optional contact details (e.g. email for access recovery or checkout). We do not require you to create an account. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details.

Don't paste sensitive personal info

Please do not paste sensitive personal information (e.g. Tax File Numbers, full addresses, dates of birth) into job ad or experience fields. Use only what is needed to draft your responses.

Retention

Unpaid drafts are retained for a limited period (e.g. 30 days); paid drafts longer (e.g. 90 days). Exact periods are configurable and may be stated in the product or Terms.

Delete my data

To request deletion of your data, contact us at contact@apsselectionhelper.com. We will process requests in line with applicable law.

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics (event names and page slugs only; no names, email addresses, or payment details). You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser settings.

Security

We use HTTPS and store data securely. Details of encryption and access controls can be provided on request.
